5 Continents Editions’ catalogue Picasso. Lever de rideau. L’arène, l’atelier, l’alcôve will be available at the exhibition organized by Florian Rodari at the Cabinet cantonal des estampes of the Musée Jenisch in Vevey (Switzerland), running from 21 June to 7 October 2018.

This “grand parade”, made possible by the recent deposits of the Werner Coninx Foundation and the Jean and Suzanne Planque Foundation, presents the Spanish artist’s prints that concentrate on one of his favourite themes: spectacle. They include his series of street acrobats dating from 1905, the final erotic plates of the 347 Series, as well as other etchings produced in 1968.

Lavishly illustrated with reproductions of the works in the exhibition, the book is aimed at both the specialist and the general public.
